QuickBooks is efficient accounting software that manages accounts, bank transactions, invoices, payroll systems, bills, taxes, etc. Let-s go through a few rectifying procedures to stop QuickBooks from opening all windows at start-up.
● After mentioning the service.msc on Run and search for QBD B2x service and change the start-up type to automatic from manual
● Locate the corresponding file and find if a user has access to that file. It is accessed by moving to the properties and then to the security tab.
After going through the above steps, if this issue is not removed, you must call the QuickBooks Helpline Number to fix it immediately.

At this time, QuickBooks Desktop doesn't offer an option to disable the QuickBooks Web Connector. I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team to review and consider making this an option soon.
For now, there's an option to uninstall the web connector, and here's how:
On your keyboard, press Windows + R.
In the Run window, enter the "control panel" and click on OK.
Choose Uninstall a program.
Go to Web Connector, then Uninstall. If you can't find the QuickBooks Web Connector in the control panel, delete the QBWebconnector folder in these locations:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\ or,
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\
However, you can disable this one from launching when you turn on your PC by deleting the appropriate startup entry.
Open the Start menu and click All Programs.
Click Startup, followed by QuickBooks.
Right-click Exchange Data With Web Services.
Select Delete followed by Yes to disable the QuickBooks Web Connector from automatically launching at startup.
